Delivery and Pick-up Times
Mon-Fri: 7-10:30am for delivery and pick-up is 30 minutes after the party ends. These are just our standard drop off times. If another time frame is needed, give us a call, and we will accommodate you the best we can.Saturday: 7-10:30am for delivery and pick-up is 30 minutes after the party ends. Under certain circumstances we would drop off Friday evening (usually waterslides). For a $65 overnight fee the Inflatable can be picked up on Sunday morning.
Sunday: 7-10:30am for delivery and pick-up is 30 minutes after the party ends. Under certain circumstances we would drop off Saturday evening (usually waterslides). For a $65 overnight fee the Inflatable can be picked up on Monday morning.
Drop of times depend on the amount of rentals going out that day.
Weekend Rentals
We offer weekend rentals at a special discounted rate. Weekend rentals are delivered on Saturday morning/Friday evening and picked up on Sunday evening/afternoon.Delivery Charges

Reservations & Deposits
All reservations require a 25% down payment using a credit or debit card. The remaining 75% balance must be paid no later than the day before your event for all payment methods except cash or checks. Cash and approved school/company checks must be paid on delivery day before setup; we do not set up until payment is received. Checks are accepted ONLY from schools or companies. Deposits will not be refunded under any condition except if Xtreme Inflatables cancels the event; We ask that only the deposit is paid at booking due to unpredictable weather. If you do pay the entire balance we will refund everything except the deposit amount, with the transaction fee deducted (see our cancellation policy below).
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Deposits are not refunded for customer cancellations. Eligible deposits are kept on file as a credit for one year to reschedule your event. We will refund your deposit if Xtreme cancels the event due to bad weather to protect our equipment (see our Bad Weather Policy below). When a refund is issued, the transaction fee is deducted.
For non-weather cancellations or date changes, at least 24 hours’ notice is required; later cancellations or changes forfeit the deposit. Weather cancellations made no later than the day before your event receive a deposit credit valid for one year. Please call the office to cancel.

Bad Weather Policy
At Xtreme Inflatables of LA, LLC, we do our best to accommodate all customers in times of unforeseen weather and/or emergency conditions. For this reason, we stay tuned to the local weather conditions in and approaching our area. We ask that all customers do their part and stay informed to any weather conditions approaching their area. Safety being our #1 concern, we reserve the right to cancel any rental due to rain, high winds, or other weather issues and the deposit will be refunded, with the transaction fee deducted. If the weather is questionable on the date of the event, and you choose to have the unit delivered, the full balance remains payable under the payment deadlines above and there would be NO REFUND, regardless of total time used.

It is not safe to operate the inflatable when there is lighting, thunder, or winds in excess of 20 MPH. Remove riders and deflate the unit by unplugging the blower.
Rental Contract & Liability Release Rules
All rentals require an adult signature on a rental contract and liability release upon delivery of the inflatable. NO EXCEPTIONS! At your request, we will e-mail you a copy of the form to review.An optional Damage Waiver is available for 10% of total rental costs. Equipment damage covered by a purchased waiver is excepted from repair or replacement charges, subject to its terms. Intentional damage, silly-string damage and theft are excluded; all safety rules still apply.
Yard/Electricity Requirements
We can set up on grass, asphalt, or concrete. Sorry we cannot set up on pebbles or rocks! The surface must be level and clear of sharp objects and pet droppings. There should be no low hanging tree branches or power lines overhead. All inflatables must be securely anchored. We prefer suitable solid objects for tie-offs when available. When sandbags are used, the fee is $60 per water slide, $30 per bounce house or combo, and $40 per other item requiring sandbag anchoring. Please tell us your setup surface and available tie-off points before delivery so our team can confirm a suitable anchoring plan for your rental. We recommend a grounded outlet on a dedicated 20-amp circuit breaker to run the blower that keeps the inflatable(s) inflated. Please provide electricity within 100 feet of the setup area. If the power source is more than 100 feet away, a generator rental is recommended. Generator rentals are available at an additional cost; check the Equipment page or contact our office for current pricing.Underground Pipes and Utilities: Customer must identify and disclose underground pipes, sprinkler lines, septic systems, cables and other buried features in the setup and anchoring area before installation. If locations are uncertain, contact Xtreme and Louisiana 811 well before delivery. Allow at least two business days for utility marking; private lines may require a separate private locator. To the extent permitted by law, Xtreme is not responsible for damage to private underground facilities resulting from the customer’s failure to accurately identify and disclose their locations.
Rules
- Sort riders by size and weight. Do not allow bigger children in with smaller ones.
- No shoes, eyeglasses, belts, jewelry, or any sharp objects.
- No food, drinks, candy, gum, animals, toys, or other objects.
- No putting water on the inflatable (unless it is a water slide).
- No use of silly string, confetti, baby oil, soap, or any other substance (up to a $350 cleaning charge may be put into effect).
- No climbing on (or bouncing against) the walls, bumpers, roof, or netting.
- No flips, diving, piling, wrestling, drop-kicks, rough play, or bodily contact of any kind.
- No running or jumping onto or off of the inflatable. No playing on the entrance step.
- No jumping, diving, or flipping down the slide. No climbing on or running up the slide. Riders must go down feet-first in a seated position, one-at-a-time.
- Do not slide down until the landing area is clear of other riders.
- No riders who are under 3 years old (unless a toddler inflatable, then no one over 3 years of age), pregnant, physically or mentally impaired, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or have a medical condition that would prevent participation.
